With a view to organize the programme / activities of the Jan Shikshan Sansthan effectively, a further strength of Resource Persons/Trainers and Guest Speakers is associated with JSS Narendrapur from among local experts and skilled individuals, experts from different Government Departments and Non-Government Organisations the number of which is around 180.

Besides, an encouraging factor is that the Jan Shikshan Sansthan of the Ashrama has succeeded to mobilize a host of village based resource persons / experts for running its courses, activities, etc. in rural areas.
